K-pop heartthrob Cha Eun-woo is getting ready to begin a new chapter — but not without making fans swoon one last time before his enlistment.
On July 21, the ASTRO member and beloved actor took to social media to share a series of candid photos captioned simply, “These days.” In the snaps, he’s seen smiling at a hair salon with his signature charm still glowing, even with his newly cropped military haircut. He also shared a sweet moment from his farewell party — complete with a cake and warm smiles.

Cha Eun-woo (28) will officially enlist in the Korean military on July 28, having been accepted into the Army Band. He’ll first complete basic training before starting his service as part of the military’s music unit.
To ensure safety and maintain privacy, his agency Fantagio has announced that the exact time and location of his enlistment will not be disclosed. There won’t be a public event or send-off.
Before heading off, Cha Eun-woo made sure to say a heartfelt goodbye to fans. On July 12, he held a special fan meeting titled “THE ROYAL” at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul. Fans were treated to stunning solo stages of “STAY,” “You’re the Best,” “Just the Two of Us,” and more.

During the show, Eun-woo shared a message full of warmth and gratitude:
“I prepared this performance with the hope of making you all smile and creating fun and happy memories. Thanks to you all, I will return safely and in good health. Let’s definitely meet again.”
